Policies

These guidelines are in place to create a smooth, luxury experience while protecting both your time and mine. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and service expectations. My goal is to ensure every client receives the best service possible with a seamless and stress-free experience. Thank you for respecting these policies—I can’t wait to see you!

Late Arrival Policy

We provide a 8-minute grace period for all appointments.

  • After 8 Minutes with No Communication: The appointment will be considered a no-call, no-show, and our No-Show Policy will apply.

  • If You Can Still Make It: If you notify us that you can still arrive later the same day, we will honor your appointment as long as it does not interfere with other scheduled clients. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, the Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy will apply.

No-Show Policy

  • No-Call, No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior communication, you will be charged 100% of the service price.

  • Future Bookings: A non-refundable deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

  • Declined Payments: If the card on file is declined when processing no-show fees, your account will be suspended, and future bookings will not be permitted until the payment is resolved.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We strive to maintain smooth and fair scheduling process for all clients.

  • Reschedules: After 2 rescheduled or canceled appointments in the same month, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours:

  • Rescheduling or canceling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time is not permitted.

  • Doing so will result in a 100% service charge and will require you to rebook within 3 business days to transfer your credit.

  • If you are unable to rebook within 3 business days, your credit will be forfeited, and booking again will be treated as a new appointment requiring a new payment.

Emergency Cancellations:

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of emergencies, please notify us as soon as possible. A one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
